Default Chinook Bend Natural Area (Carnation, WA)*

So this place i've known about for a while but haven't said much about it. It has a lot of river rock and flat rocks that are really fun! Lots of cool lines. I spent almost 2 hours there and only ventured about 50ft into the rocks. And theres still more to explore. There mud to play in and sand! When the river goes down a little more theres a bunch more i want to explore to the north towards the point. I didn't have my camera so i have crappy cell phone pics for know. I plan on hitting it up today and taking better pictures!

The circled area on the left is where the parking is now. The circled area in the middle is a big pile of rocks and dirt. and the area on the right is the crawling area with possibly more crawling above that! And on to the crappy cell phone shots.

Thanks! Well actually i wanted those rims because they look just like the Walker Evans rims but the new axial ones aren't beadlocks and theres no way i was glueing the tire to the rim. So the rims are Maximizers and those are just the inside axial beadlock rings! I love the way they look!

I went by here the other day. When they re did the area over the summer they took out all the larger rocks and now it's gravel :( So this place doesn't "exist" anymore.
